Delivery Times and Shipping Policy ships 99% of all orders within 1 business day from the date received (excluding weekends and holidays) from its central Florida manufacturing facility.

Once you have selected products and are on the checkout page, you may choose from several shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground (2-6 day service)
  • UPS 3 Day Select ( Receive by end of third business day.)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (Receive by end of second business day.)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (Receive next business day by 4:30 PM.)
  • US Postal Service - Parcel Post (3-14 day service)
  • US Postal Service - Priority Mail (2-3 day service) NOTE: USPS does not guarantee this service time.
    (Note: A US Postal Service option must be used for Post Office Box ship-to addresses.)
    Puerto Rico & Guam shipments should use USPS Priority Mail.

  • Canadian Airmail Parcel Post

    • Stands received broken, defective, or not as ordered will be replaced free of charge, including shipping.
    • If the stands aren't what you expected or don't meet your requirements, you may exchange them for another model or request a refund, within 30 days of delivery. Shipping not included. Ship the stands back to:
