Purchase Orders

DisplayStands4You accepts purchase orders.
- You can address the PO to Footprint Press, Inc. or DisplayStands4You. We accept both and welcome your business.
- Include: contact name, phone #, e-mail address, bill-to address, ship-to address, products and quantities you wish to order.
- Please be sure to include the shipping cost in the total authorized PO $ amount. (See below.)

Calculate Shipping Cost for a Purchase Order

To view your shipping options and cost of each option, pretend you are placing an order on-line at http://www.displaystands4you.com (or call us for assistance at 941-474-8316).
    1- Select each product and enter the quantity for each, adding them to your shopping cart. Then press the "Update Cart" button
    2- Now press the yellow "Calculate Shipping Cost" button. Select your ship-to state and enter the ship-to zip code.
    3- Press the "Update" button and a list of shipping options with costs for each will be shown.
    4- Close out of the web site and you have not placed an order on-line.

Tax Exemption

-Tax is only charged on orders being shipped to Florida. Orders shipped to all other states will automatically be treated as tax exempt.

-We will honor your Florida tax exemption status if you will provide the following information for our tax-compliance records:

Purchase Orders - For tax exempt PO's shipping to Florida, simply list your tax exempt number on your PO.
    To place an on-line order, Florida tax exempt organizations should:
        1. register as a customer on www.displaystands4you.com
        2. Call or fax your tax exempt # to 941-474-8316
        3. We will update your customer record and email you
        4. You can then place a tax exempt order at www.displaystands4you.com

 

Should we list your company as Footprint Press, Inc. or DisplayStands4You?

Whichever you prefer. It doesn't matter to us. Checks can be made payable and you can address us as either Footprint Press, Inc. or  DisplayStands4You. We welcome your business either way.

New Jersey Customers:

We have a business registration with the state of New Jersey. Email us (info@displaystands4you.com) or call us (941-474-8316) with your fax number and we can fax you a copy of the Business Registration Certificate as well as a copy of our W-9 form.

Do you give quantity or school discounts?
Sorry No, we do not offer quantity or school discounts.

Samples

Can I get a free sample to test it?
No, we're sorry, but sending free samples is cost prohibitive. Please use the photos, schematic diagrams and measurements to pick stands appropriate to your application. If you need assistance before placing an order, feel free to call us at (941) 474-8316. If still in doubt, go ahead and order a single book stand for testing purposes (ignore the minimum order quantity of 4 rule).
