Fax your completed PO to (941) 474-8316.
Include: contact name, phone#, e-mail address, bill-to address, ship-to address, products and quantities you wish to order. (click here for an ORDER FORM, you may find useful.)
Please be sure to include the shipping cost in the total authorized PO $ amount.

Estimate Shipping Cost

To view your shipping options and cost of each option, pretend you are placing an order on line.
1- Select each product and enter the quantity for each, adding them to your shopping cart. Then press the "Update Cart" button
2- Now press the "Calculate Shipping Cost" button. Select your ship-to state and enter the ship-to zip code.
3- Press the "Update" button and a list of shipping options with costs will be shown.
4- To clear your order, close the "Shipping Estimate" window and then change your book stand quantities to "0" or choose the "delete" button by each product you chose.
