Do you give quantity or school discounts?
Sorry no. We do not offer quantity or school discounts. We will occasionally offer seasonal, educator/teacher and frequent buyer discounts in limited promotional coupon format. Like our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter and stay connected with these promotions. Join our e-mail mailing list to receive information regarding these offers.

My company is tax exempt. How can I make sure I won’t get charged sales tax?
Only shipments to Florida addresses will be charged sales tax. If your ship-to address will be Florida and you’re tax exempt, please refer to our Tax Exempt page to read these options.

The stands don’t work well with my books. Can I exchange them for a different model?
- Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- Stands received broken, defective, or not as ordered will be replaced free of charge, including shipping.
- If the stands aren't what you expected or don't meet your requirements, you may exchange them for another model or request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping not included.

Include a note specifying the quantity and model of stands you’d like in exchange. We’ll calculate the difference in cost and charge your credit card for the difference as appropriate.

Can I get a free sample to test it?
No, we're sorry but sending free samples is cost prohibitive. Please use the photos, schematic diagrams and measurements to pick stands appropriate to your application. If you need assistance before placing an order, feel free to call us at 863-337-4100.

Your phone and fax number are the same. Do I need to notify you before sending a fax?
No. Go ahead and send the fax. Our phone/fax machine can recognize the difference even if we answer the phone before recognizing it as a fax.

How do I calculate the shipping cost?
Go to our main page www.displaystands4you.com and pretend to place an order by performing the following steps:

  • Select each product and enter the quantity for each, adding them to your shopping cart. When completed, press the "Check Out" button on the "Added to Cart" pop-up window.
  • Now click on "(change my address)" and using drop down menu's, select your ship-to state and enter the ship-to zip code.
  • Press "Get Shipping Options".
  • From the Drop-Down menu's, select choice of carrier and service. Your cart TOTAL along with shipping charges will recalculate and display.
  • To clear the order, simply change all your item quantities to "0" or click on the "X" button by each product on the cart.

Can you ship to a post office box?
Yes. As you finalize your order, you'll be given a list of shipping options to select from (which vary by speed of delivery and cost). Please be sure to select USPS Standard or Priority Mail if your order is going to a PO Box.

Are you registered with New Jersey?
Yes, we have a business registration with the state of New Jersey. Email us (info@displaystands4you.com) or call us (863-337-4100) with your fax number and we can fax you a copy of the Business Registration Certificate as well as a copy of our W-9 form.

What is PETG?
PETG is an abbreviation for Polyethylene Terephthalate. It's a type of strong plastic, or in more technical terms, a thermoplastic polymer resin of the polyester family. We use it because of its strength and durability when compared to the more common acrylic plastic. Book stands made with PETG last longer when subjected to the abuses commonly inflicted by students.
